Apple’s new privacy feature will not be available in China – or South Africa, Belarus, Colombia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Turkmenistan, Uganda and the Philippines
It's pretty revealing nowadays which governments are for the privacy of their citizens versus those who want to watch their citizens (the very people who voted them in and whom they represent). I'm strongly suspecting this is not the full list at all as I'm aware of another government who has a censorship list of blocked sites their citizens may not visit, and they don't appear here yet.
