How to prepare tea from herbs collected in the summer.

But is it really #tea ? or just some herbal infusion? (not the same thing, of course).

I've been told - don't know if it's true; that in India and Ceylon where a lot of the world's tea is grown, the word 'tea' basically means 'hot liquid with something in it'. It's only in the rest of the world that people get snobbish about the genetic makeup of the 'something' that's in it. In some parts of India the word 'tea' can also refer to coffee.

No Brasil por ex. a palavra chÃ¡ quer dizer exatamente isso 'herbal infusion', e se vc falar chÃ¡ preto ou verde ou branco tu estÃ¡ falando da Cammelia S. em suas variaÃ§Ãµes.
Na Italia jÃ¡ Ã© diferente, TÃ¨ Ã© apenas para falar da Cammelia S. (pode ser tÃ¨ verde bianco...), para outras coisas usamos Tisana o Infuso.

AcÃ¡ nos EUA qualquer infusÃ£o ou bebida quente que nÃ£o seja Cafe ou Chocolate, pode chamar-se de "tea"
e atÃ© o erva mate pode chamar-se de tea.
But I disagree, that crap people make with chamomile flowers, pine needles, or whatever else, is NOT tea.. I don't care what they try to call it
